Our practice is enabled to Book  & cancel Appointments Online and take online repeat prescription requests.

Online/Direct Services

To be able to access the online services you will need to obtain a username and password which can be collected from Reception by showing your photo ID. Please ask for these next time you visit. You will then be able to:

• To book, view, amend, cancel and print appointments online

• To order online, view and print a list of repeat prescription for drugs, medicines or appliances

Patient Online Access

Access to your detailed coded medical record online will be an extension to the existing online appointment and repeat prescription service.  You will need to be registered for this additional service.  There are strict data protection and confidentiality guidelines to follow and you will be required to provide in person evidence of your ID which is explained in the NEW registration form.  Please note if you are already registered for our existing online service, you will still need to complete a new registration form to access your detailed coded medical record.  All applications for detailed coded medical record will passed to your GP for authorisation and it may take several days before activation.  Please look at the surgery website for a link to a patient guide.
